Why Work at Trademark
While other companies in the tool & die space shut down their local facilities and move their operations overseas, Trademark Die & Engineering stands firm. We’re local, family-owned and operated, and dedicated to being a true team. In fact, we’re proud to say that we still have the first four employees we hired back in 1994.
Every part of our manufacturing process is completed in-house—engineering, design, machining, tryout, quality control, and beyond—giving us complete control over quality and delivery. But what truly sets us apart is our work environment. We’re a close-knit team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and a strong family atmosphere. Our shop is climate-controlled for year-round comfort, equipped with cutting-edge technology, and designed to keep our team working efficiently and comfortably. We believe in taking care of our people, whether it’s through company outings, cookouts, or simply fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
